A FLAT RATE of RM 6 only per parcel applies only, regardless of the KG
or number of items so combine your order in ONE invoice to save MORE !!
We will only send out the item after the payment has credited into our bank
account.
For East Malaysia - Sabah & Sarawak :
First 1 KG - RM15.00
Next 1 KG or part thereof - RM10.00
Cash on Delivery
For purchase over RM150 and location is Kuchai Lama.
Overseas Delivery :
Please contact our customer support for the shipping fees and estimated
delivery time.
Delivery time is usually 3 business days from the time you place your order and we receive your payment.
Important
** Please note that Interbank/Giro Transfers have 24 to 48 hours delay
before payment credited into my bank account. We will only send out the item
after the payment has credited into our bank account.
*** All delivery will be handled by Pos Laju or Skynet. I will sms the tracking
code once item sent. You can track your shipment status on www.pos.com.my or
www.skynet.com.my

Return & Refund Policy

within 3 days of receiving your items if you wish to return the item. We will
issue you a Product Return Confirmation Email and the return items must reach
us within 7 days from the date of the Product Return Confirmation Email.
The following conditions apply:-
- We will issue you a cash
voucher via email for the return item based on the product purchase price.
Please note that we will deduct a 20% processing and restocking fees for
return items.
- Return items must be in
Complete/Original Packing. Items returned Stained, Washed, or Used will
NOT be eligible for return.
- Shipment fee are not
refundable, we will deduct the shipping charges from your refund.
- Delivery cost incurred for returning the items will be borned by the customer. Buyer will take full responsibility of the product damage/lost of the during the return shipment back to beautymyth.com.my, thus is advice to use insured registered shipping.
If for any
reason we cannot deliver your order within our time period you may at your
option to cancel your order and we will provide you with a full refund.
Notes: Any refunds provided pursuant to the Return and Refund Policy will be made in the form of credit that may be applied to other purchases on the Site. In no event will cash refunds be made.
Damage Items
Our store
procedures is to check items before deliver to customer to ensure everything is
in order and in good condition. However, if you find that item delivered to you
is damaged, broken or defective, kindly contact us at admin@beautymyth.com.my within 3 days of
receiving the product. We will issue you a Product Damage Confirmation Email.
We will then either send you a cash voucher, deliver a new set of product or
replace the broken parts if possible to you.
